We worked with the Daimler R&D and UX teams to test product simulations and make recommendations to improve the experience ahead of its global launch.

Our approach

We designed a benchmark for a best-in-class infotainment experience. The scorecard included 180+ metrics ranging from system performance and content to accessibility and brand. We ran the simulation model, competitor systems and apps against the benchmark to uncover new opportunities to improve the user experience across key use cases.

The outcome

The launch of the new, improved system at the Paris Motor Show to rave reviews. An ongoing programme to continue to improve the experience across the vehicle for new use cases, including voice command and other connected applications.
